I had the OG Buds and though the sound was good, the in ear design makes my ears sore after a while. The Buds Live don't do that due to the open design and I often forget they're even there. Plus I love how they look like nothing else out there.

These Buds also stay in my ear when I run or exercise. The only way I'd get rid of them is if they release a Buds Live 2.

In the US, a lot of these cars aren't even really "foreign." Most of the mainstream automakers have plants here so their parts may be shipped from overseas but they're ultimately put together and assembled domestically.

IIRC, BMW has a big plant in South Carolina, Mercedes has one in Alabama, etc.

I feel more comfortable putting my money into Acura or Lexus vehicles than a Mercedes or BMW. Whatever you were going to spend on the Japanese makes, add an additional 10-15 grand to the European makes if you want them comparably equipped. You can spec an E Class or 5 Series to 60-70 grand and it'll still have a 4 cylinder engine.

Lol nobody who bought the TL SH-AWD gave a lick about fuel mileage and neither did I. But my commute is almost equally city and highway and I'm averaging 21 and some change. The car is a hoot to drive and sounds good doing it, so it can take all my money if it wants.

The TL SH-AWD was basically a bigger and more reliable S4 of that era. Get the 6MT and you have yourself a unicorn.

I'm similar to this. My cuts are $25 and I'll always give him a $5 tip at least.

If I had him squeeze me in on short notice, I'll give him $15. He's almost always really flexible with me so he usually gets that full $40.
